Please help maintain your community by providing regular maintenance service to your home.  Pressure clean the roof of your home at least once a year, pressure clean the driveway and sidewalk as needed, trim the fronds from the palm trees of your home, maintain your landscaping and mulch regularly. Monthly inspections are done and violations notices sent to homes not in compliance.  Possible fines will be assessed, if the violation(s) are not corrected within the required time allocated, per the Florida Statues. Please remember, the Board of Directors along with Castle Management are working together to continue to make Meadows Maintenance a proud place to call "Home".

Please remember to pick up after your pet, it's the law. Pets must be leashed when outside of the home. Also, please do not take your pet to the playground or pool area, they are not permitted.
